Qualified.ie helps homeowners find SEAI-registered contractors and understand available home-energy grants.

Information we collect

When you request a contractor list through our eligibility checker, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, optional phone number and Eircode, county, property and energy information, and the upgrades you are interested in.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the contractor-recommendation service you requested, including emailing a small list of relevant contractors. We also keep enquiry records so we can operate, troubleshoot and improve the service.

Your details are not sent to recommended contractors

When we email you contractor recommendations, we do not give those contractors your name, email address, phone number, Eircode, or property details. You decide whether, when, and how to contact a contractor directly.

Service providers

We use service providers to run the website, store enquiry records, and send the email you request. They process information only as needed to provide those services to us.

Your choices

You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your enquiry information. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email adrian@qualified.ie.

Contractor listings

Directory listings use public SEAI registration information. Inclusion in a listing does not mean that a contractor has received your enquiry or agreed to take on a project.
